Grievance Redressal Mechanism 

Registration of Complaints (Level1): An initial complaint may be lodged (in prescribed format available with foreman) through registered post to the postal address of Govt. ITI Kalyani addressed to the Foreman (ITI). The complaint will be resolved within 7 working days of receipt of complete data / facts/documents as required by Govt. ITI Kalyani to resolve the complaint. If the complaint is not resolved within 7 days or the applicant is not satisfied with the result then the complainant can escalate to Level2.

 

Escalation of Complaint (Level2): The complaint can be escalated to Level 2 through Registered post to the Govt. ITI Kalyani postal address, addressed to the Principal. The complaint will be resolved within a time frame of 7 working days of receipt of complete data / facts/documents as required by Govt. ITI Kalyani to resolve the complaint. If the complaint is of the nature that cannot be resolved at level 2 then the complaint will be taken to the committee.

 

Referring the Complaint to Committee. In case the complaint resolution is not in the purview of Govt. ITI Kalyani or involve multiple stake holders or involves detailed investigation by ITI/Regional Office/State Directorate/Any other agency, the complaint shall be forwarded to our directorate head office.
